Avocado Banana Smoothie | 3 Ingredients

Mornings get hectic, this smoothie isn't.  Throw three ingredients in the blender and get out the door.  Protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs power you through all those important meetings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado, pit & skin removed
  • 2 Ripe & Frozen Bananas, broken into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative 

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
